We’ll then give you some medication to help the site heal and may recommend an over-the-counter pain reliever for you as well. Your pain should go away soon after. We’ll give you a very specific set of instructions for care after any kind of extraction. Be sure to follow them without exceptions!

Wisdom Tooth Removal
Wisdom teeth usually erupt by our early 20s. If they fail to fully erupt, they’re considered impacted and typically must be extracted. Wisdom teeth can come in at unusual angles, making them hard to maintain, and hence prone to decay. They can also press against adjacent teeth, possibly causing complications for them as well. Wisdom tooth removal can a more complex procedure than general extractions, but we have the training and experience to produce the best results—and the sedation to keep you comfortable while achieving them!
